Sometimes it’s just easier to enter your employee time sheets in a table format. So we’ve added a couple of Excel spreadsheet tools to the FlexiTime Support Centre that let you do just that. The spreadsheet can be downloaded at

The spreadsheet contains two sheets, one for entering your staff start and end times for the entire week in a table format and the other that lets your staff clock in / clock out by simply clicking on the Away / On Duty field. Both sheets create an export file that can then very simply be loaded into FlexiTime and then used to create pay or compare to rostered time and labour cost.
