No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. If you need help getting set up to use FlexiTime just contact our support team.
The 30-day free trial gives you complete access to FlexiTime for up to 5 employees. You can choose to subscribe to FlexiTime any time during or after the 30 day trial. Depending on the subscription plan chosen some functions available during the free trial may not be available after you subscribe – all employee and pay information entered during the trial will be retained.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payment is monthly from the day you subscribe to FlexiTime. If you want to arrange direct debit payments please contact our support team.
No. Unlike other online payroll services FlexiTime is not a payroll intermediary. We provide you with the bank files you need to pay your employees and the IRD. If you would prefer to have the payroll payments made for you please contact us to find out about our payroll accounting partners.
Yes. You can change the plan and the number of employee bundles on your account at any time from your account settings.
I think your software is very well built, and from a customer’s point of view is well under priced, I would expect software of this nature to be considerably more expensive.

The Payroll package is a complete payroll solution for businesses looking for on-line payroll that is powerful and easy to use. The Starter package also includes job tracking and client billing features for businesses who invoice their clients for time-based work.
Shift
The Shift package is for businesses who want the fantastic FlexiTime SHiFT photo time clock app combined with FlexiTime rostering and employee time recording but who don’t need Payroll.
Premium
Premium has all of FlexiTime’s features including payroll, rostering, time recording, SHiFT, job tracking and client billing. The Premium package also gives your clients access to FlexiTime to view the progress of jobs and approve employee time.
This package is best suited to businesses requiring client approval of employee time before invoicing. FlexiTime is the perfect payroll and invoicing solution for recruitment agencies.
The FlexiTime Premium package helps you reduce administrative costs by improving the business processes involved in collecting employee time sheets and client approval. Employee and client reminders, contractor AR invoices and job based pay rates improve the efficiency of your business and increase the accuracy of employee pay and client invoicing.
This package also suits hospitality businesses who want the great photo time clock app FlexiTime SHiFT with integration to payroll, rostering and time sheet approval.
Solo
The Solo package is the perfect time recording and payroll solution for self-employed contractors or for businesses starting out with only one employee. The Solo package is a free payroll solution for one employee and includes all the fantastic features of FlexiTime such as time recording, payroll and job tracking.
Solo package users can access support using the FlexiTime Support Centre and ask questions on the Community Support Forum. Email support is not included with this package.
Growing Business
Need more employees? The package employee limits are for active employees only. As employees finish employment new employees can be added at no extra cost.
To add additional employees to your Starter, Payroll or Plus plan you will be charged for a Starter plan plus $15 per month per 10 employee pack e.g. 15 employees costs $39 per month, 35 employees costs $69 per month.
Payroll Bureau Services
Would you prefer to have all staff and IRD payments made automatically each pay day by qualified accountants? FlexiTime has partnered with payroll intermediary FlexiPayroll to offer our customers the expertise of trained accountants who can manage your payroll, and ensure you stay IRD-compliant at all times.
Enterprise Support
All packages excluding the free Solo package include free email support. Please use our Support Centre to add a support ticket. We endeavour to answer all support queries within 24 hours. If you are a large organisation or use the Premium package we recommend Enterprise Support for your business. With Enterprise Support you receive priority phone and email support, migration and implementation services, training and custom report development.
