Plan Descriptions
The Solo package is the perfect time recording and invoicing solution for self-employed contractors or for businesses starting out with only one employee. The Solo package is a free payroll solution for one employee and includes all the fantastic features of FlexiTime such as time recording, payroll, job tracking and client billing.
To use the Solo package simply register for a free FlexiTime trial. At the end of the 30 day trial period your trial account with only one employee will automatically convert to a Solo package.
Solo package users can access support using the FlexiTime Support Centre and ask questions on the Community Support Forum. Email support is not included with this package.
The Payroll package is a payroll-only option for businesses with up to 10 employees who don’t need the time recording or billing features in FlexiTime. FlexiTime payroll includes all the standard New Zealand payroll calculations such as KiwiSaver, student loans, payroll deductions, employee leave*, IRD arrears and child support deductions.
*FlexiTime time sheets provide a full holiday record as required by the Department of Labour. Because the Payroll package does not include the time sheet functionality you must keep your own employee leave records if using this package.
The Starter package is designed for small businesses with up to 5 employees who need payroll with employee time sheets and rosters. The Starter package also includes job tracking and client billing features for businesses who invoice their clients for time-based work.
With this package you can give your employees access to FlexiTime to view their work schedule, record the time worked on assigned jobs and pay employees in one simple step from the time entered.
The Plus package is for businesses with up to 25 employees who need a fantastic payroll solution combined with rostering and employee time sheets.
This package is very well suited to hospitality businesses who don’t need job tracking or client billing. With features such as Xero integration, time clock import, emailed payslips and TXT shift reminders you can improve the way you do business.
Premium has all of FlexiTime’s features including payroll, rostering, time recording, job tracking and client billing. The Premium package also gives your clients access to FlexiTime to view the progress of jobs and approve employee time.
This package is best suited to businesses requiring client approval of employee time before invoicing. FlexiTime is the perfect payroll and invoicing solution for recruitment agencies.
The FlexiTime Premium package helps you reduce administrative costs by improving the business processes involved in collecting employee time sheets and client approval. Employee and client reminders, contractor AR invoices and job based pay rates improve the efficiency of your business and increase the accuracy of employee pay and client invoicing.
Additional employees above 25 are available in 10 employee packs for $30 per month.
Growing Business?
Need more employees? The package employee limits are for active employees only. As employees finish employment new employees can be added at no extra cost.
To add additional employees to your Starter, Payroll or Plus plan you will be charged for a Starter plan plus $15 per month per 10 employee pack e.g. 15 employees costs $39 per month, 35 employees costs $69 per month.
Enterprise Support
All packages excluding the free Solo package include free email support. Please use our Support Centre to add a support ticket. We endeavour to answer all support queries within 24 hours. If you are a large organisation or use the Premium package we recommend Enterprise Support for your business.
Enterprise Support provides an agreed level of service between your organisation and FlexiTime. With Enterprise Support you receive priority phone and email support, migration and implementation services, training and custom report development.
