Do I have to sign a long term contract?


No. FlexiTime is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You can choose to pay on a month-to-month basis or receive one month free if you pay for one year.


Are there any extra setup fees?


No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. If you need help getting set up to use FlexiTime just contact our support team.


How does the 30 day free trial work?


The 30-day free trial gives you complete access to FlexiTime for up to 5 employees. You can choose to subscribe to FlexiTime any time during or after the 30 day trial. Depending on the subscription plan chosen some functions available during the free trial may not be available after you subscribe - all employee and pay information entered during the trial will be retained.


What types of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa and MasterCard or bank transfer. Credit card payment is for one full year. Monthly payments can be made by bank transfer or automatic payment.


Do I have to provide a letter of credit for employee pay?


No. Unlike other online payroll services FlexiTime is not a payroll intermediary. We provide you with the bank files you need to pay your employees and the IRD. If you would prefer to have the payroll payments made for you please contact us to find out about our payroll accounting partners.


Can I upgrade my plan at any time?


Yes. Contact FlexiTime support and we can quickly upgrade your plan. We will invoice you for any difference between your prepaid subscription and the new plan. Ask us about special pricing for companies with more than 50 employees or for additional client access licences.

Our state-of-the-art computer servers are housed in data centres with 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all FlexiTime plans include SSL encryption.
