When you finalise a pay in FlexiTime draft accounts payable invoices are automatically created in Xero for each employee and recipient. In FlexiTime you can choose the Xero accounts that different pay codes get posted to in Xero.

When you finalise a time billing invoice in FlexiTime a draft accounts receivable invoice is automatically created in Xero. In FlexiTime you can choose the Xero accounts that different work gets posted to in Xero.

You can import your Xero customers into FlexiTime with the push of a button. Any changes to customer details in FlexiTime are sent through to Xero with invoices.

No. But it makes life a lot easier if you do. 

Simple. Follow these steps.

Log into Xero at www.xero.com. Under the Settings Menu choose General Settings. Click on Xero Network. Beside FlexiTime click the Generate Key button.

Copy the rather long string of text that appears beside FlexiTime. Log into FlexiTime. Click on the Setup tab. Under Company Settings paste the Xero network key into the Xero Key field.

That's it. When you finalise a pay in FlexiTime the draft invoices will be created for you in Xero. You can now log into Xero and approve the invoices.
